I am often asked: What is the best anti-ageing product in Australia?
Judging by the looks on their faces, many people are either surprised by (or just don’t like) my answer!
If you are serious about keeping youthful, radiant looking skin even as you reach 50, 60, 70 and beyond – then the best anti-ageing product by far is this:
Sunscreen.
Always wear sunscreen – not just when you are at the beach!
On your face of course, but don’t forget your neck and decolletage area.
I encourage you to make sure you apply sunscreen on the back on your hands too even in winter – as this is one of the first areas to start showing age, with the skin losing elasticity, and developing wrinkles, sun spots and discolouration.
